End User License Agreement Addendum

The terms of this Addendum are in force for any User who has purchased, is subscribed to, is actively making use of, or is using output from the AI Character Shape Generator by Yellow (“YELLOW”) or any derivative works of such output.

All outputs from YELLOW shall be considered as “Content” as per the End User License Agreement.

In the End User License Agreement, section “Three-Dimensional Works” bullet 2, it discusses the requirements of such works requiring or having limited function when used without the Content they are derived from. For clarity sake, such works derived from the output of YELLOW shall not be considered as derived from YELLOW itself, but shall be considered to be derived from Genesis 9 Starter Essentials in addition to any other Content that User may have used in the creation of their work.
